Wilderness King's Pool is a stylish, solar-powered camp located in the 121.000-ha Linyanti Wildlife Reserve in northern Botswana. Nestled under jackalberry trees overlooking the lagoon, the camp’s magnificent main area comprises a pool, lounge, library, dining and convivial bar area, all set on expansive raised decks close to the water's edge. A key purpose of King’s Pool is protecting the reserve that’s part of the Kavango-Zambezi Tranfrontier Conservation area, a critical corridor between 4 countries that allows the movement of wildlife. Guests at the camp can enjoy a variety of activities, such as game drives, bush walks, sunset excursions, and even an eye-level waterhole experience from the underground hide.
The 7 Standard Tents are large thatched-roofed canvas tents set on raised wooden platforms. Each tent has a private deck, pool, and sala. The rooms come complete with four-poster beds with mosquito nets and crisp linens. Each en-suite bathroom has a double basin as well as indoor and outdoor showers.
The suite is perfect for small families or groups of friends of up to 4 people and consists of 2 separate bedrooms each with its own en-suite bathroom. The rest of the suite is made up of a large private deck, a plunge pool, and an outdoor sunken lounge.
