From September to December, Paarl boasts warm weather, clear skies, and beautiful scenery. Another great time to visit the Paarl Wine Valley is in March and May. During the height of summer, the valley features very high temperatures. Conversely, winter brings frosty days and nights with snow-capped mountains.
